 For their anniversary a couple went out for a rare romantic dinner. When they returned home, their teenage daughters had set the dining room table with china, crystal, and candles, and had left a note saying, “Dessert is in the refrigerator. We’re staying with friends, so go ahead and do something we wouldn’t do!” The wife was still trying to adjust to the surprise when she noticed her husband changing into old clothes and sneakers. “What are you doing?” she asked. The husband shrugged his shoulders and responded, “They said ‘do something they wouldn’t do,’ so I assumed we were going to clean the house.”
